[Seats] Manufacturing and delivery times - Shipping policies

How long does it take for you to manufacture a seat?

Seats that are on special offer are, by definition, in stock, and are thus dispatched by the next working day following your order at the very latest.

The lead time for the manufacture of "custom-made" personalized seats is usually between 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the motorcycle/scooter model and the options you have selected.
If you choose the "I provide my base" option, then obviously, the lead time is only counted from the time that your original seat arrives at our workshop.

You will receive an email on the day that your order is dispatched.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary according to the delivery destination.

Which postal or courier service do you use to deliver my order?
We normally use UPS, except for a few countries (Israel, Malta, Russia) or special cases (some islands, addresses with PO boxes) we will resort the French postal service to dispatch our products from France. Therefore, in that latter case, it is your local postal service - or possibly one of its subcontractors - who will be responsible for the final shipping stage of your parcel.
How can I track my order?

The email informing you that your order has been dispatched contains the parcel number and the link to the French postal service's online tracking service.

Unfortunately, this online tracking service can only be viewed in French at the present moment :-(

I received an email informing me that my order has been dispatched, but it seems like it's taking a while for my parcel to arrive ... What can I do?

If there truly is a shipping problem (i.e. the waiting time since the dispatch of your order has largely exceeded the estimated delivery times indicated in the answer to question 2), start off by making an inquiry at your post office by providing the tracking number that we gave you and the dispatch country (France).
